Early in life, I created a false perception of self that developed into an emotionally unsettling mindset. I was comfortably stuck in the place of discomfort for what seemed to be forever!  However, after years of dormancy, I stepped on the scene as a speaker with a voice of impact designed to shape the minds of women everywhere!

Knowing first-hand the debilitating effects of being controlled by my emotions cultivated in me an intense passion to reach women who are challenged with the same. I've learned through experience that being controlled by emotions is a space that does not have to be your permanent place...
